.Create an inspiring team environment -
.determine roles and put work schedule -
.Set clear team goals put plan and target -
.Delegate tasks and set work deadlines -
.Oversees teamwork daily -
.Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
.Motivate team members -
.Discover training needs and provide coaching -
.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts -
