A fast growing FMCG company in line of production and sales of dairy products is hiring
( Receptionist )

 ( Job responsibilities )
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and new candidates , ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages accurately
• Responsible for facilitating the employee admin related requirements to meet employee satisfaction
• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance life cycle requirement to avoid any unexpected facility inoperative
• Reviews all facility related payments to ensure better premises cleanliness, transportation & Services equipment’s ( Coffee machines, water machines, etc. )
• Supervises the catering company’s activities to ensure the quality level of the services & products
• Manage agendas/ travel arrangements /appointments etc.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist Managers and colleagues from other departments whenever necessary

 ( Requirements )
.o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.o Ability to build relationships and work effectively with other parties
.o Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
.o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
.o Proficient in using - Microsoft office applications
.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
.o Strong problem-solving skills and details oriented
.o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
.o Ready to work 6 days a week in new Cairo*
