تفاصيل الوظيفة

 

  Responsible for all personnel activities including (filling, database, contracts, forms, social offices, etc..)
  Dealing with government authorities, such as labor office and social insurance.
  Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.
  Maintaining Employees Data on Success factors (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes).
  Handling both the hiring and resignation process.
  Issue the employment contracts and follow up of renewal employee contract process.
  Tracking employees Vacation balances.
  Visit & Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and social Insurance Authority.
  Submit on time social insurances forms #1, #2, and #6 and company car process.
Follow up attendance, record the absence cases & send monthly attendance reports.
  Support in related tasks of employee’s benefits (medical insurance & bank accounts)
  Provide all related required reports of personnel work activates.

Qualifications:
  Bachelor Degree.
  Min 2 years of experience in achieving same tasks as personnel specialist.
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  Strong Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Laws and regulations.
  Highly motivated, active and willing to learn
Capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent result
 Hard worker, passionate and excellent team player
  Excellent computer skills and profession user of Excel.
