تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide customers with technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Search for new solutions and products to fulfil customer’s needs.
• Explore, test and validate integration between different systems.
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Continuous communication with customers and meeting them at their headquarters or company Headquarters.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Prepare and calculating client quotations.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms.
• Offering after-sales support services and administering client accounts
• preparing reports for head office
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Co-coordinating sales projects
• helping in the design of custom-made products

:Qualifications and skills:
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or information systems.
• 3 -5 years of IT experience including two or more years in sales or consultancy.
• Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Positive, service-oriented personality.
• Fluent in communication with customers preferably with experience in sales of computer programs, computers and networks.
• Fluent in English and the local language, written and spoken is must.
• providing training and producing support material for the sales team
