تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Duties for Logistics Coordinator
Organize and coordinate shipments from origin to destination.
Ensure timely and accurate loading of goods onto transport vehicles.
Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient transportation.
Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and schedule regular maintenance for vehicles in the fleet.
Keep track of vehicle inspections and repairs.
Oversee fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases for vehicles.
Monitor fuel efficiency and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure that all transportation activities comply with local, national, and international regulations.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses for transportation.
Prepare reports on transportation activities, including delivery times, costs, and vehicle maintenance.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management .
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and regulations.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
