تفاصيل الوظيفة

Running regular checks on network and data security.
Troubleshooting network & security problems to avoid any failures.
Configuring security systems, analysing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
Strong knowledge with firewalls appliances especially Fortigate.
keep coaching users' community to deal with strange messages or emails in a safe and smart way. Contact with providers to get the best offers and keep a good relationship with them.
Make sure that all Company branches are connected throw VPN or any other suitable connection.
Keep security HW equipment & SW applications up to dated.
Ability to configure and support firewalls, WAF Apps., Antiviruses (EDR) and all network equipment.
Resolve problems reported by end user in timely manner.
Provide the IT directory with suitable reports about all incidents already happened telling their impacts and required studies for future needed upgrades or modifications.
