- Managing the company's accounts on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktook.
- Regularly updating content (posts, images, Storyies, Teels, videos, etc.) in line with the brand's strategy.
- Developing strategic content plans that align with the company's goals.
- Identifying the most suitable content type for each platform based on the target audience.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of posts and ads on social media platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Preparing regular performance reports and achieving goals, analyzing data to identify trends and directions.
- Determining campaign budgets, targeting audiences, and analyzing results to improve effectiveness.
- Staying updated with the latest developments and trends in social media, including new features on platforms and changes in publishing all .
- Creating engaging content suitable for each platform (writing copy, designing images, and videos).
- Ensuring consistency between the messages posted and the principles and values of the brand.
- Handling any crises or negative comments professionally to maintain the brand’s reputation.
- Designing and organizing promotional campaigns and contests on social media platforms to increase audience engagement and attract new clients
