تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description:
The individual will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and executing order fulfillment. This role also includes analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights, managing relationships with partners, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business. The person should be energetic, collaborative, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced digital environment, while being well-organized and capable of working in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage digital inventory.
• Prepare online orders from the time they are received on the website until they are delivered to the customer.
• Track the progress of orders and ensure successful execution at all stages.
• Work closely with various teams (product management, design, sales an any third parties) to update content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
• Be an expert in assigned product categories.
• Determine best SEO practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
• Track changes in product sales using web analytics and spreadsheets.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while paying attention to detail.
• Develop campaigns to increase digital sales.
• Assist in managing the company’s digital marketing presence on social media platforms.
• Monitor website traffic changes or sales increases.
• Help shape the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage all backend moderation of website.
• Prepare reports for the digital marketing manager.
Job Requirements:
• Experience in managing digital inventory.
• Experience with web analytics and optimization tools.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
