A Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional individual able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. Job Description: • Carrying out the required marketing activities according to the approved plan of the Marketing and Operations Manager to achieve the best possible spread of the service of the company. • Suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work under his administration. • Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more. • Provide inputs in the development of short-term & long-term business plan and pre-contract stages to advice on all combination, production capacity, required certification and payment terms matters • Implement brand vision/strategy, strategic target audiences, portfolio choices, key business challenges & opportunities and link it back to the media objectives and strategy for the brand. • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals • Ensuring media planning & implementation is reflective of the media strategy at all times. • Build effective business relationships with partners both internally and externally (media agency & media vendors) through handling expectations, clear communication and consistent performance.
