Tasks :
1- Manage the daily operations of the IT department.
2- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
3- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.
4- Verify the functionality of hardware and software components.
5- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
6- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.
7- Conduct daily network backup operations.
8- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
9- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
10- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
11- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
12- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
