Job Announcement – Quality Specialist / Quality Systems Coordinator / Certified Lead Auditor (ISO)

A leading company based in Heliopolis – Cairo is seeking to hire professionals for three key roles: Quality Specialist, Quality Systems Coordinator, and Certified Lead Auditor (ISO). The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in establishing, developing, and maintaining quality management systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with international standards, and providing technical support and training to teams across the company.

✅ General Requirements for All Positions:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or Business Administration) or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in quality management and ISO system implementation; managerial or coordination experience preferred.
• Certified Lead/Internal Auditor for various ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001, 45001, 21001).
• Proficiency in English (B2–C level) – spoken and written – with the ability to prepare professional correspondence and reports in both Arabic and English.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel – Word – PowerPoint – AI Tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to guide and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Preferably residents of Cairo or nearby areas, especially Heliopolis.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

1. Quality Specialist:
• Establish, develop, and implement quality management systems across various domains.
• Design and implement certification procedures according to ISO/IEC requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/IEC standards and their practical application within systems.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in accreditation audit preparation.
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

2. Quality Systems Coordinator:
• Coordinate and document quality procedures and systems, ensuring all client requirements are received.
• Monitor the implementation of quality policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Oversee the creation of certification procedures per ISO/IEC requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and quality indicators.

3. Certified Lead Auditor (ISO):
• Conduct internal and external audits according to ISO standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and procedures, preparing accurate and comprehensive reports.
• Provide training and technical support to teams to ensure standard compliance.
• Design and implement quality improvement programs and verify compliance with international accreditation requirements.

Shared Responsibilities:
• Apply quality management systems and procedures practically with continuous improvement.
• Use AI tools to analyze performance and generate reports.
• Support internal teams in skills development and ensure adherence to international standards.
• Prepare and review all documents, policies, and reports professionally in both Arabic and English.

Location: Cairo – preferably residents of Cairo or nearby areas.
