We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our company. The ideal candidate, preferably MALE, will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization

:Key Responsibilities

• .Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• .Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc
• .Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• .Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• .Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• .Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• .Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• .Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• .Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• .Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
• .Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• .Strong decision-making skills

• .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• .Highly organized and detail-oriented
• .Strong understanding of recruitment processes
• .A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
