Job Description:
Build a pool of candidates from different channels (A walk-in applicant, recruitment websites and other recruitment sources)
Screen candidates CVs and make initial interview.
Interview candidates up to supervisors’ level and provide feedback to both HR Manager.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Attending job fairs and presenting the company professionally.
Regularly coordinate with existing recruitment sources and search for new sources.
Control, maintains, and updates manpower plan and prepares related and weekly and monthly reports.
Regularly update staff budget.
conduct orientation to new employees, presentation about company policy and benefits.
Generates recruitment-related reports.
Assist HR manager in establishing workforce planning budget.
