EPSN GROUP a Professional , dynamic team of Training and consulting services we dedicated 12 years to delivering a wide range of Training Progrm and consulting covering multiple sectors As our company expands, we're excited to bring on a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to work Full Time from office with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify outbound leads from various sources and channels.
Client Engagement: Approach leads using innovative channels, creating lasting impressions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with new, current, and former clients.
Strategic Meetings: Conduct impactful meetings with decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations that showcase our services.
Proposal Management: Prepare and maintain proposals, contracts, and invoices with precision and professionalism.
Customer Feedback: Gather and summarize valuable feedback from clients to continually enhance our services.
Cold Calling: Conduct persuasive cold calls to engage leads and prospects.
Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure our business development strategies align with marketing efforts.
Database Management: Diligently log and maintain records in our lead database.
Reporting: Provide insightful periodic status reports.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed set targets and goals.

Qualifications:

Experience in all stages of the B2B and B2C sales cycle
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
A proper experience Working within the Training and consulting industry is a plus.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
