:Job Summary
• The Commercial Trading Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving profitable campaigns and maximizing digital engagement and product sales within specific categories on the company's ecommerce platforms.
• This position involves strategic product selection, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and meticulous attention to pricing and merchandising strategies

?Key responsibilities: What you will be doing
• Develop and execute monthly merchandising plans tailored to assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Strategically select products for campaigns based on designated themes and commercial guidelines, optimizing customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and functionality, catering to the target market's preferences and needs.
• Coordinate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling images and banners that resonate with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Oversee the timely review and upload of banners and product listings on the company's ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Work in conjunction with the production team to arrange campaign products effectively, leveraging visual merchandising techniques to drive customer interest and sales.
• Conduct thorough pricing analyses to maintain competitiveness while maximizing margins, monitoring competitor pricing and market trends accordingly.
• Regularly update the ecommerce platform with seasonal trends and new collections, providing clear direction to relevant teams. Manage the activation and deactivation of promotional offers in accordance with agreed commercial and marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities and threats to inform pricing and merchandising decisions.
• Utilize advanced online tools to create and optimize promotional pages and incentives, driving traffic and sales.
• Continuously refresh campaigns with new product additions and remove sold-out items promptly to optimize inventory turnover.
• Develop contingency plans for inactive campaigns to mitigate disruptions and ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze brand catalog performance and propose strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform future campaign planning and optimization.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager pertinent to the role.

:Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, commercial operations, or merchandising within the ecommerce sector.
• Proven track record of success in driving digital engagement and sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools, with a keen understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
