تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the import and export of materials, ensuring timely delivery to international destinations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate smooth transportation processes and resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international shipping carriers, negotiating rates and contracts to optimize cost efficiency.
• Track and monitor shipment status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and
proactively addressing any disruptions.
• Optimize logistics processes to minimize lead times, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
• Can handle all exporting documents with the bank and the government.

:Qualifications
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, specifically in importing and exporting materials.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and
documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
prioritize tasks effectively.
