Generally 
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, VOIP systems, networks, printers and scanners-
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks-
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests-
Providing technical support across the company-.
Setting up accounts for new users-
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary-
Testing new technology-
Technically
IT Infrastructure and Network Operations Administrato-
Administrating and supporting of Backup NAS & VoIP Software (Asterisk - Elastics) - SIP Ph- 
Administrating and supporting Windows Server/AD-
Installation & Troubleshooting  Firewall / Web content filter, VPN,
Responsible for Software \ Hardware Support for end-User-.
Helping in network administration concerning network connection, connection between clients & server, solving end-user problems in joining the network.
Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Network Based Printers & WiFi ,Machines (Attendance M.& IP Cameras etc.)
