تفاصيل الوظيفة

1.       Bill-of-material review, purchase requirement release, demand planning, managing high-volume of purchase requirements to meet contractual kit deliveries.
 2.       Review and validate complex documents with attention to detail and cycle times
 3.       Creation of government shipping documents.
4.       Partner with customer, supplier and DCMA to ensure all contractual obligations are met and accurate.
 5.       Partner with manufacturing, suppliers and QARs to ensure quality products are inspected, accepted and shipped.
 6.       Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups
7.       Manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning
8.       Monitor cargo movement processes.
 9.       Use a computer to track product shipments across multiple channels.
10.   coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
 11.   Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
