تفاصيل الوظيفة

For Immediate hiring, we seek to find experienced HR Recruitment Specialist for fast growing company in the retail and distribution sector
Job Responsibilities:
 Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and recruitment portals
Screen Cvs and incoming applications and make correct filteration according to the job profile
Conduct intial phone interviews with the canddiates for filteration and then conduct one to one interviews
Able to crafts professional and attractive job Ads to attract potential candidates
Ask competency based questions to test the applicants competencies
Make interview evalution after each interview based on realistic results
Experienced in dealing with Blue and white collars positions and different candidates from different cultures
Able to meet the deadline in any given recruitment task by close the open vacancies

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree 
HR Certificate is a must or HR diploma is more preferred
Solid Recruitment Experience minimum for two to three years
Previous expeirence in hiring blue and white collars positions "Mainly Retail positions"
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills and reporting skills
Males or Females are welcome to apply
Excellent English "written and verbal"
Excellent analytical skills
