تفاصيل الوظيفة

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and
    distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and
    discrepancies on orders received.
2- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned.
3- Receives, stores, tags and tracks all goods.
4- Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors.
5- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
6- Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy.
7- Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, Handles
     and documents deliveries, warranties, and repairs of new items (Refurbished).
8- Establishes, follows and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy
    work environment and legal requirements.
9- Receive materials so distribute it to all stores at sites.
10- Coordinate between all stores at sites.

KNOWLEDGE OF:
Modern warehouse procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, freight tags, computerized warehouse record keeping systems.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking on a consistent basis.

Job Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
 3+ years of experience as store keeper, preferred in Computer & IT industry.
 verbal and written communication skills
 Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
