تفاصيل الوظيفة

HR Specialist 
managing various human resources functions within the manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and the ability to support our employees and company culture.
Job Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
 Field
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
 Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
.  Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
