تفاصيل الوظيفة

    1. Manage the relationships with our suppliers and distributors
    2. Contact suppliers and distributors to get quotations. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
    3. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, services with suppliers
    4. Managing daily purchasing activities
    5. Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
    6. Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
    7. Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
    8. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
    9. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
    10. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
    11. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
