Luminary is seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is essential for driving our email marketing efforts, creating engaging content, and optimizing campaign performance

:Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and content
Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action
List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and relevant messaging
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve open and click-through rates
Automation: Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads and engage customers
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
