- Planning Specialist - Experienced In GOLD Manufacturing Field
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning Specialist to join our dynamic gold manufacturing team.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in production planning and scheduling.
- This role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and timely production of our gold products.

:Responsibilities

* Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

* Scheduling: Create detailed production schedules, assign tasks to production teams, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of products.

* Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and identify bottlenecks to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency.

* Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand for gold products.

* Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

* Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

* Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.

:Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in the gold manufacturing industry

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in planning and scheduling software

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

:Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field

* Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

* Knowledge of gold industry standards and regulations
