تفاصيل الوظيفة

Duties & Responsibilities
 Help in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and
procedures
 Maintain and administer finished product inventory
 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times,
transport costs and efficiency for inbound and outbound.
 Coordinate with sales team to promote accurate and timely
processing of orders for customers.
 Develop important reports, outline/schedule and conduct
stock-taking as at when due
 Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to
the company’s logistics operations
 Resolve problems that are related to transportation and
logistics systems
Analyze areas of corporate logistics so as to find out the
most cost-effective means or method of transporting
supplies
 Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and
customers so as to improve the supply chain
 Manage customer service to meet customer needs and
handle claims process
 Monitor the entire process of product movement
 Track shipments across different channels.
 Ensure proper PO coverage is provided for orders, research
shortages to prevent delays.
 Manage, and administer all online sales orders activity in
our ERP system including data entry, updates, monitoring
and reporting for portfolio of customers
 Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers
and consumers
 Keep track of customer repairs and follow up repairing
process
 Pack all items as per the packaging policy
Approvals
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Proficient knowledge, understanding and leadership for International Trade Compliance, identify report and resolve any trade compliance issues

Minimum Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
 5+ years previous experience in logistics management or coordination
 Working knowledge of PC computer systems and SAP user preferred
 Great interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication and time management skills
 Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
