تفاصيل الوظيفة

Responsibilities:
Experience Needed: 3 Years.
He IT Specialist will be responsible for the following functions:
-          Plan the timeline and resources needed for support sites.
-          Willing to travel to sites.
-          Responsible for network management, and software.
-          Define software, hardware, and network requirements
-          Identify and resolve sites issues
-          Prepare Site Status reports
-          Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.
-          Excellent written and oral communication skills
-          Familiar with a range of software and hardware
-          Maintenance of DVR system problems for surveillance cameras.
-          Installing point-of-sale programs in the branches and preparing them for operation, follow-up, and resolving issues related to them.
 
Qualifications
-          3 years of experience in a similar role.
-          Firewalls.
-          Domain Controller.
-          POS.
-          HW Troubleshooting
-          SW Troubleshooting
-          NW Installation & Troubleshooting
