1- Assisting the Manager on Active Directory in creating objects, groups, giving permissions and to approved users to access the network.
2- Installed, configured, and routinely upgraded software and hardware for end-users.
3- Provided technical support for smartphones and hand-held devices.
4- Established troubleshooting methods to encounter IT issues for the team.
5- Monitored hardware upgrade and software update rollouts and reporting to the Manager if any issues that cause by the hardware upgrade and software update.
6- Generated Weekly and monthly reports for management about the work flow and problems solved and any outages.
7- Supervised and implemented the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware.
8- Being first point of call for all IT issues.
9- Logging faults and managing response times.
