Job title: Technical support and projects engineer for control systems

Job description
-The engineer is accountable for assignments of varying priority to multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment and interacts with many different types of industries , and people at different levels, both internal and external, managerial and technical.

 Responsibility will mainly include:
1-Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
2-Providing pre-sales and after-sales support.
3-Reviewing cost and performance.
4-Writing reports.
5-Providing product education and advice.
6-Responsible for inquiry, quotation and purchasing processes.
7-Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
8-Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification .
9-Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
10-Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
11-Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
12-Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
13-Responsible for spare services for the equipment’s provided.
14-Secure technical support and clarification to customer and sales department.

-This is a full time, permanent, direct hire opportunity, in greater Cairo area
 -Experience 2 - 3 years
 -Proficient in the English language
-Driving License and ready passport is a plus
