Call Center & Secertary required for SouqZman.com one of Aray International group Companies in Suez branch.., 
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Working Hours:  From 10am to 5pm & From 5pm to 12am.

Requirements:
1. Sales skills.
2. Excellent Communication skills.
3. Common sense.
4. Hard and Smart working.
5. Ms Office Excellent.  
6. English ( Reading & Writing ).
7. High school degree.  
8. Previous experience in a customer support role.
9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
10. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
11. Track record of over-achieving quota.

Responsibilities:

1. Following call center SCRIPT.
2. Reply & Handling Customers calls.
3. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
4. Handling different topics.
5. Inform clients. Clarify information. Answering questions & providing info.
6. Research every issue and find and providing solution. 
7. Meet Personal/Team qualitative and quantitative Targets.
8. Establish the company policies & explaining procedures.
9. Update his job knowledge by studying the new products.
10. Build a suitable relationships with clients. 
11. Reporting problems.
12. If you are on time you are late.
13. Adaptability to a different personality types.

YOU Have to be smart and fluent.
