تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • Responsible for Sourcing , Screening and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Responsible for hiring  blue collar.
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Create and publish job ads and posts in various portals.
  • Collaborate with managers to set qualification for the future employees.
  • Collaborate with Managers for Technical interview.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and create shortlist for qualified candidates.
  • Conduct face to face Interviews.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates.
  • handling employees attendances
  • Assist in different HR function
