تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Purpose:
To coordinate, monitor, evaluate and support implementation of Line Managers decisions in team building and motivating the QC Staff towards facilitating the projects personnel in creating a Quality Work Environment.
Main Duties:
·         Serve as an Information Channel on IMS guidelines, Safety & Security Awareness, Data sourcing & compilation
·         Facilitating IMS, Safety & Security guidelines adherence by evaluation and support to the Line staff
·         Escalates repetitive or pending operational issues and deviations from IMS for fast tracking resolving / adherence   
·         Motivates, guides, and counsels the QC Staff.            
·         Overseeing implementations of management decisions where called for and assisting in implementation when support is sought.
·         Ensuring awareness of Safety, Sanitation and Preventive Measures.
·         Addresses issues escalated by the line staff.                    
·         Supports the Logistics Manager on administrative issues and Team Building.
·         Assessment of Training and effectiveness in tandem with all concerned.
·         Monitors the delegated tasks by the Logistics Manager and ensures implementation. 
·         Make a brief study of the QC pertinent factors at inception, for infusion of Quality procedures.
·         Drafting procedures, work instructions and formats when called for and reviewing those drafted.                                                                        
·         Over viewing attendance to client complaints for speedy resolving, studying the root causes and recommending appropriate preventive action.    
·         Reviewing Inspection Reports, and Accident Reports and suggesting solutions where required.
Routine Duties:
·         Supervises Process Control.
·         Ensures adherence to Safety & Security guidelines.
·         Carries out system review and periodic updates.
·         Identifies communication needs and supports the filling in of gaps.
·         Responsible for team building and integration.
Qualifications/Experience
·         University Graduate.
·         Minimum ten years’ experience in an ISO Certified Logistics Environment.
Knowledge/ Skills
·         English Level: Very Good (read/written/spoken)
·         Excellent User of MS Office
·         Excellent Leadership
·         Team Spirit and Communication Skills
