Write well-abstracted, reusable and efficient code and correctly employ design patterns
Job Requirements
+2 years of enterprise applications development with Java SE, EE.
Advanced & Excellent working Knowledge in RDBMS.
Spring Framework , Jasper Reports , hibernate ,Ajax, Ice Faces, BI Tools (OLAP / Data warehouse).
Ability to interface with huge databases with high performance is a must.
Must possess excellent data modeling and SQL skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
A passion for fine-tuning applications, performance optimization and large scale end-to-end deployments.
Strong written & verbal communication management skills require.
Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language.
Ability to work under stress, with commitment to deadlines and quickly come up to speed on existing technologies.
Familiarity with an Agile Software development process is a plus.
